What happens next?
Once you submit this form, our safeguarding team will review the information and take the necessary steps to ensure the safety and well-being of the individual(s) concerned. If someone is in immediate danger, we will contact the relevant authorities as a matter of urgency. Your report will be handled confidentially, and only those directly involved in the safeguarding process will be informed.
Emergency Information
If you, or another, is in immediate danger please call 999. Only use 999 in a real emergency:
- When there is a danger to life
- Someone is using or there is immediate threat of serious violence
- Serious injury has been caused to someone
- Where life is at risk
- When a serious crime is being committed
