Level 2 Administration Assistant
Apprenticeship Overview:
Launching August 2026, the Level 2 Administration Assistant Apprenticeship (ST1472) is an effective way for employers to bring in motivated fresh talent and develop them into capable, reliable members of the team. Designed to build core workplace competence from the ground up, the programme equips apprentices with practical skills in communication, data handling, and administrative task delivery. From managing information accurately to supporting day to day business operations, apprentices quickly become productive contributors while learning to work within professional standards, systems, and processes.
This entry level apprenticeship also supports long term business performance by embedding strong foundations in compliance, organisation, and stakeholder communication. Apprentices learn how to handle data securely, follow regulatory requirements, and maintain efficient workflows, all of which are critical to modern business operations. Alongside this, a focus on professionalism, wellbeing, and continuous development ensures they grow in confidence and capability over time.
