Insurance is an incredibly diverse marketplace with a rich history of helping people and businesses assess the risks they could face. Over a million people in the UK work in this exciting industry which provides products and advice on just about everything from sports cars to pets.
There are various career paths and roles within the sector including underwriting, client relations, insurance claims, loss adjusting, broking, reinsurance and account management. The sector offers fantastic career prospects with globally recognised qualifications.

Funded CII Membership
Apprentices that have not been a paid CII member will benefit from a funded CII membership for the length of their apprenticeship.

All of our apprenticeships include funded CII qualifications.
Insurance apprenticeships are available in several different roles, including customer service, claims, broking, and underwriting. Our Insurance apprenticeships support professionals at all levels of their career journey and have been created to develop the knowledge and skills required to competently perform and excel in the role.
In addition to supporting learners to develop competency in the role, Skills Edge will also support learners in completing the required professional qualifications which ensures learners are both competent and qualified in their chosen role.
