Performance and Quality Assurance Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic, engaging and driven performance and quality assurance professional to join our head office in Norwich, Norfolk.

Working with our post-16 and adult provision you will take over-arching responsibility for the performance and quality of our delivery across a range of sectors and subcontractors. You will assess, challenge and provide constructive support in raising the standards of vocational training (skills based), academic teaching (qualifications), and functional skills delivery (literacy, numeracy and ICT).

As part of the performance development and quality assurance process you will engage with sector leads and subcontractors monthly to assess their current position against a range of KPIs. At all times you will test for capability, capacity and quality to ensure a safe, sustainable and quality driven environment for our learners. You must provide regular and timely action planning to enhance and enrich the performance and quality of our delivery across all sectors and subcontractors.

As part of the Senior Management Team you will be expected to regularly maintain performance and quality plans, ensuring they are accurate and support the levels of performance required by the organisation. You will also provide scrutiny, challenge and support to a variety of internal roles; ensuring their work is emboldening and supporting the vision of Skills Edge Training.
